We are fans of Oppo and we admit the fact that it makes some of the neatest smartphones in terms of how they look and feel when being held in the hand. We like them so much that we forgive the lack of specs in the device to a certain extent. However, not everything goes fine only by the looks and performance is something which can be measured only by hardware and how much it has been tweaked. That being said, the device in our possession today is the Find 5 Mini and we will dig deeper into the proposition of buying an Oppo smartphone.
A 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM powers the Oppo Find 5 Mini. The phone has support for two SIM cards and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone sports the specs it needs for the Android 4.4.2 KitKat upgrade. A 4.7-inch screen with 960x540 pixels display resolution can be found on the Find 5 Mini. There is 4GB onboard storage provided on the Find 5 Mini and it can be expanded up to 32GB. An 8-megapixel rear camera can be found on the Find 5 Mini and a 2.1-megapixel front camera is also present on the device. A 2000mAH battery powers the Find 5 Mini but no performance ratings are available for the same.
The Find 5 Mini is a nice device and, except for one major issue, has everything in place. The one major thing out of place on this device is the price. The smartphone costs just a bit too much. For the amount of price it charges, you can easily get a Moto G and enjoy a lavish dinner or pick up a BlackBerry Z10 and still dine at a nice place. You can get a Zenfone 5 too and throw a party for all your friends to enjoy. For the money the Find 5 Mini charges, you can do a lot of things without even having to think.
