The Chinese video streaming service provider, LeTV (LeEco) has made its debut in the Indian handset market with Le 1S smartphone. However, the new handset maker has other smartphones as well in its arsenal and LeTV Le1 is a budget segment offering from the brand. This handset with impressive specs and has been placed in the mid range segment for value for money factor. However, it does not makes sense for the brand to launch Le1 in the Indian market as it already has a much better Le 1S smartphone in the country for a cheaper price tag. Anyhow, here is a brief overview of the smartphone for those who are interested in it.
On the design front, the handset look more like a premium device than a mid range one owing to the sturdy build and premium material. This smartphone comes with a solid metallic build and polycarbonate backing. The handset also reminds one of HTC One M7 to users at first glance and it is a good thing.

While LeTV Le1 may never arrive at Indian shores as it makes no sense for the brand to launch it in a country where it already has launched Le 1S with fingerprint scanner et al. Moreover, it makes no sense to invest in a smartphone at this price tag when you can get better device at a cheaper price tag.
